Hi I'm Hannah, Mum of two, jeweller and founder of Afina Jewellery! Everything you see on this website has been handcrafted by me, using traditional methods, from my garden studio on the beautiful south west coast of Cornwall. Here you will find a range of bespoke jewellery pieces crafted from mostly recycled sterling silver, gold and ethically sourced gemstones.
A fusion of inspirations, from textured finishes that mirror the ripples and glimmers of the Cornish coastline, to statement pieces with tribal accents.
I like to bring some element of spirituality into my work whether in symbol form, or by incorporating naturally healing gemstones into my pieces. As a deep thinker it is incredibly important to me that each piece holds special meaning and bares a story to tell. 
Re purposing and up-cycling plays a large part in my work, using recycled materials when-ever possible, even my jewellery boxes are eco friendly! 
As a second generation jeweller, my own jewellery making journey began ten years ago. Taught by my father who worked as a highly skilled goldsmith in the Birmingham jewellery quarter for over 40 years alongside my Mother, a gemologist, I have been blessed by both their teachings and incredible knowledge of the trade.
Over the past decade I have endeavoured to expand my own unique style of jewellery making, constantly challenging and improving my skill set in order to bring my creative visions to life and now share with you all!  
I have been honoured to have been asked to make various special commissioned pieces over the years including wedding rings, christening bangles and many 'designed with the customer' one off pieces.
